I've been holding off posting this for a week or so but the adservers and admin interface are all running at a crawl compared to other networks - AW is even slower than CJ shock horror!
Has AW become a victim of its own success with servers overloaded? Are there plans to add more capacity/speed shortly?
The adserver is now so slow it will start to affect sales as people click off as pages load too slowly AND if it continues at this speed much longer we're going to have to move AW links off important landing pages - and that's not good for anyone?
Feedback from AW and other affiliates would be appreciated...
Yeah i am just generating reports for some merchants and am finding the same. This is happening now as i type i am trying to approve some commissions and has taken 10 minutes so far to approve sales, this morning it just timed out, looks like the same will happen now.
I'm glad someone else brought this up. I've an AWIN Sleeping Solutions 468x60 banner at the top of all my pages and it's so slow to load that my it's bringing my site down.
Yep, had the same thing for a week or so now. 50/50 OK and then very, very slow to the extent that the browser appears to have stalled.
Worried about sales, as coincidentally? they seem to have dried up suddenly and most of ours come from AW. There was a server move recently wasn't there ?

Unfortunately, we are experiencing significantly high load on the servers today and this is causing systems to operate well below optimum speed.
Our developers have isolated the problem and are hoping to have a resolution in place as soon as possible.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update this post with more information once we have had an update from our development team who consider this of the utmost priority.

Yes. I don't know if this is a coincidence or not but today Google has slowed down referring visitors to my site and is directing users to my pages that are almost image-free. Sales are non-existant today across all networks. I'm more worried that Google won't come back.

As AW has now got a significant chunk of the corporate clients can you reassure us AW has scaling plans in place to ensure adservers remain speedy as we head into the vital Christmas period?
