New Commercial Structure from Vodafone
I’m pleased to announce the new commercial structure for Vodafone affiliate programme.
As of Thursday 1st November, Vodafone affiliates will be paid on a per application basis.
They are also introducing a tiered commission structure to reward affiliates for higher volume sales.
Why is the commission structure changing?
Historically, the Vodafone programme paid affiliates on connected contract sales. However, sales are tracked after application and before the credit check. This created a high level of declined commissions due to the number of customers who were not given a contract.
Vodafone’s new payment scheme rewards affiliates every time a customer applies for a contract. We are sure you will agree this will make it very clear how much commission you have earned each month.
Conversion to contract is still very important and will be monitored, so we will be able to tell you how many of your applications convert into connected contracts each month. We will work with you to improve your conversions where necessary.
New commission levels

You will see a £17 commission for each of your applications. Each month, a bonus commission will be applied for your extra commission.
For example, if you drove 30 applications:
Applications 1 – 25: £17 = £425
Applications 25-30: £85 + £20 bonus = £105
TOTAL: £530
