My stats look wrong for thetoyshop.com for Sunday/Monday. Friday, Saturday and today are OK, but for some reason on Sun/Mon, my conversions fell big-time.

Conversion rates
Fri: 14.29%
Sat: 8.73%
Sun: 0.53%
Mon: 0%
Tuesday: 12.5%

This just doesn't look right to me. Actual visitors for Sun and Mon were higher than any other day so far.

Is this an anomoly, or is anyone else seeing the same?

I think they may have had some downtime. I tried to place an order with them this morning and there was a server error message coming up, when that went about 10 minutes later the page wouldn't load. I was in a rush to go out so couldn't report it at the time, then in typical me fashion I forgot until I saw this post.

I guess that could explain it. Shame there was no official comment.

They haven't been as good for a couple of days there, but I don't do that much with them so I put it down to their fluctuating stock levels or something.

Stats for me are: -

Tuesday - 3.24% conversion rate
Monday - 2.7%
Sunday - 0.54%
Saturday - 3.65%

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know that the merchant is currently looking into any issues to see what problems have temporarily occurred. It does appear to be just a minor platform issue, and they are currently ensuring it is nothing that can cause problems going forward.

Once they are confident all has been resolved we can look into any downtime and potential commissions lost because of this, and they are happy to add manual commissions where relevant.

Any potential problems you notice are of course a major concern to both ourselves and the merchant, so in such cases if you do suspect a problem please get in touch directly with either myself (details below) or the merchant ('contact merchant' in your account) so we can get on to it immediately. I do try to keep an eye on the forum as regularly as possible, but it may not always be the quickest way.

Thanks Stuart - I did use the contact merchnat button yesterday, but haven't had a response so just thought I'd do a bit of groundwork first. It may just have been a bit wierd, and no stock in the products I'm promoting, but 0% conversion on my busiest day to them just seemed odd.
