I spoke to Richard about this last thursday as they've been going through as 34p (0.5%) since the 24th of April for me, and Dixons are putting them through as "digital tv adapters". I was told they will all be manually adjusted when reports are processed.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The competition runs till the end of the month, so it will take place beginning of June.

Some more news about this will be posted shortly - further commission increase to help everyone give it a push over this Bank holiday and to the end of the month!

Ian let us know (or Richard) what the outcome is with how they will be confirmed this month. I have to say it was a dissapointment they'd sold out, but show's how well us aff's have been doing. I believe the manual commissions have been credited (although no label against them), but no £150 Bonus credited yet?

It would of been easier for everyone involved if Dixons had tracked the Sky Pay Once how they were doing initially and not amalgamated into a general group with the product commission varying week upon week.

Morning All

Right let me clarify a few things:

• The £150 commission for the first 10 affiliates to reach 5 sales will be credited to accounts later today
  
• The draw for the prizes (£1500, £1000, and £500) will take place this morning and the winners will be contacted later today.
  
• The commission for this Commission Group has recently been amended from 0.5% to 2.5%. Hence the change in commission you will see next to your particular sale
  
• The £10 per sale offer has been extended until 22nd June, so for any sales generated between now and then we will credit the difference as a manual bonus.
  
• The SKY10 code giving 10% off is still applicable - expiry not confirmed, so ongoing
  
• Some manual bonuses have been confirmed and paid into accounts. If you require confirmation of which of your sales these are to be attributed against, please get in touch with me and I will be happy to give you the info. When processing these bonuses in future we will add the Order Ref numbers to the description.

Finally, apologies to everyone that the stock issue was not communicated properly, this was firstly a miscommunication between AW and Dixons and subsequently stock not coming in when expected.

Dixons appreciate that the way in which the additional commissions are dealt with is not ideal (and I would second that seeing as I have to do all the additional work!), but unfortunately it is something that we will get from time to time when offering additional commission increases on specific products where Dixons cannot allocate them a new unique commission group because of the way their internal systems work. We will as always endeavour to ensure the process is as transparent as possible.
