NEW CHECKOUT LAUNCHED TODAY!


I am delighted to announce that Empire Direct have launched their new check-out process today!

We were made aware that the previous process was overly complicated for customers to use, especially applying relevant discount codes.

Having taken this on- board, the new process has reduced the data entry and number of clicks Customers will have to go through to complete a sale.

Please find below a guide to the new process:

• Click on your shopping basket link
• Click on the option located at the bottom of your basket to input any relevant vouchercodes
• Input relevant vouchercode and click on 'apply voucher'. This will automatically adjust your new basket total and show your total saving.
• Click on 'proceed to the checkout'
• Input personal and delivery details and click 'proceed to payment options' button.
• Input payment details and proceed to the confirmation page by clicking 'submit order' to complete your transaction.
