Thread: Can we remove the underlined link on 'am'

    Is there any chance you'd consider changing the stylesheet so when 'am' is hyperlinked the word doesn't have a dotted line underneath. It's really distracting

    I understand the SEO reasoning why you do it - but "text-decoration: none" would achieve the same result wouldn't it?

    Maybe the best solution is to clear the default text decoration on the acronym element using our own user agent stylesheets?

    Can you recommend a Chrome extension that over-rides the stylesheet?

    I'm not sure which is the best extension to use for Chrome I'm afraid. And I'm very surprised that support for user stylesheets isn't built into Chrome. I think Firefox and all the other major browsers, even IE, let you do this.

    Please let us know if you find a solution.
