    Guys,

I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem, but every time I try and send you guys an email (surname @ affili.net) I keep getting 'Delivery Status Notification (Failure)' errors such as the one below:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    xxxxx @ affili.net

    Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550-Callout verification failed: 550 550 5.1.1 User unknown (state 14).

I've tried sending message via my hosting email (eUKhost) and web based email (Gmail) and get the same results.

Any ideas as it's bloody annoying

    Hi Pinman,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with bouncing emails, I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be.

Not sure why you're having these problems, but it could possibly be the structure of the email address you are mailing. Our email addresses are structured first initial of our first name and then surname @affili.net. So mine is jjames@affili.net.

Please feel free to email me with any specific problems you may be having and I'll try my best to fix them for you.

    Have a great weekend.

    Cheers,

    Josh
