Hi All,

Just wanted to post a quick thanks to all who attended affilinet's publisher poker event last night.

The event appeared to be a great success and I'm sure there are a couple of sore heads around the industry as a result.

Congratulations to the 10 who made it to our European Final in Palma and Richard Foister of eConversions who was the eventual winner, narrowly edging out Mark White of UKWM on the final table.

A special thanks to Christine Traub (our Marketing Manager) for organising the event and our sponsors Red Letter Days, Interflora, Debenhams and Barcelo for donating some great prizes.

There is sure to be a number of great affilinet publisher and advertiser events in the future so feel free to drop me an email (jjames@affili.net) to be part of them.

Yeah Mark made it into second place. He had a big chip lead if memory serves me right too - that said, I'm pretty sure it was more through luck than skill

Thanks for publicly announcing there was a bounty placed on my head! That really helped the situation when all of a sudden every man and his dog wants to put me all in! Oh, and the fake "grubby" asos.com name tag was simply petrol to the fire! - excuses moi?

A great night, lots of fun and some cracking banter. Well done guys, girls and gringos for a top top night!
