Affiliate App declined - anyone here have an insight into the acceptance criteria

I had signed up as an Affiliate to affili.net 2 weeks back and today my app was declined.

I have custom-coded a datafeed integration system (private domain), generally on the lines of Goldencan.com It seems affili.net does not want to market their Merchants thru datafeed integrated Storefronts

Does any existing Affiliate here have an insight into what criteria affili.net looks at for accepting new Publishers.
