Siblu UK's site reports that their program is now on Affilinet - is that correct and is it now live?

Yep,

Deeplinking should be fine, just follow the normal affilinet URL structure.

I have raised the issue of the phone leakage with the program manager - I have been assured that will be addressed 'soon'. Definitely something to be aware of if you are considering promoting this program.

We have raised the telephone leakage with the client, we are seeking to either remove the number based on a referring parameter, or to offer number tracking. We hope to achieve either of those 2 options. If we cannot achieve that goal with the client, as you say it's something to be aware of, obviously it is your choice whether you run the program or not.
