I thought Debenhams were de-duping at source now so why still the alarming decline rate of 80%??

Since the first post it looks like we've had a second pass which brings the decline rate to about 60% - not 80% as first thought.
It can't be manual de-duping against AW because we've been told this all happens dynamically now. It can't be de-duping against Debenhams ppc because I've been told this has a maximum impact of 5%.

    So what is it?

Can you send me a mail with your publisher id please, so I can take a look into your individual circumstance. The deletion rate is no where near as high as that on the program as a whole.

True, there were a few sales 'earmarked' that I missed so it looked worse than it actually was. However, the true rate for april was 34% which is kinda high when you are under the impression all previous forms of manual rejections are now done on the fly?

Yes, we're getting less sales as would be expected but I would have thought rejections would be much less. I've had months as high as 45% and the odd couple of less than 10% under the previous regime so 34% is about average.

I am getting a bit tired of handing cash back each month with no real explanation of why. And, no, I'm not emailing anyone - I want a public answer please?

As Kevin stated the decline rate you are seeing is way above the program as a whole. Debenhams decline rates are extremely low and we have had no other complaints from affiliates. I appreciate you want a "public answer" but no-one else appears to have an issue (no other posts on this thread) and the issue looks specific to you. If you cant provide your PID then I am not sure how we can help you really. Equally, if its of such importance I cant quite understand why you haven't been in contact directly already.

We are very happy to look into this issue in more detail and will gladly post again if its a wider issue effecting more affiliates. In the meantime pls contact Kevin or the office and we will happily look at the problem for you.

I don't think thats an unreasonable request.

    Thanks. Pete

Sorry but I don't have a PM or any other form of communication from you? Do you want to give me your PID and i'll take a look into it and send you a mail.

    Cheers,

Well I had a reply from Pete this morning apologising for the delay and saying he'd pass it on to you?

Anyway, i'll save you some time - I've gone, my links were moved on Friday. I'll see how it pans out at AW?
