Can somebody from Affili.net answer my question below?
Rebecca_Pickworth, davihughes, Peterberry...
I registered to Affili.net Netherlands in July 2010 and registered to promote ArkeFly program on a flights website. In one year, they reported 1400 clicks and not a single sale. This is strange, rare, but not impossible. It depends from airline to airline.
As I suspected some problems in their software, in August 2011, I decided to change platform for this program. On the new affiliate website (TD), they report 3 sales in less then 2 month, with no more then 180 clicks from my website.
Did you had a similar experience with Affili.net? Are they always reporting less then the real commission? Is there something I can do, in order to check the real sales I made in this year?
Can somebody from Affili.net answer my question below?

realwahl, you are not alone.
I joined there programme in June. Since that date I have achieved over 600 and 100 clicks in two programmes, and no sales. I am concerned that I am not being credited for my sales.
I reported my concerns to them a couple of weeks ago and they said they will investigate it.
Have you reported your concerns to them?
Hi MarcusGv,
I reported my concerns to them by email and I am waiting for their answer. I hope they will answer and investigate the problems.
This is a dutch program and your asking for the UK team so your best of speaking to the dutch affilinet team. You can call them on +31 20715 5300 or email support-nl@affili.net
I can assure you that there is no problem with our/there tracking. You may however have the tags set up incorrectly which could cause issues.
Pete.

FeFiFoFum, thank you for your answer.
I already contacted them by email. They asked for the exact link I was using and I sent it, now I am waiting for their analysis. If I will not receive an answer in the following week, I will call them.
I got the URL from the Affili.net page and I may tell you that the exact same URL is still present now on that page. So, either you offered a wrong linking code, or you did not registered the sales. But, let's wait for their answer.
I return on this subject with the end of the story.
Affili.net claimed at the beginning that my links were wrong. Of course, I'm a stupid user unable to make a copy/paste!
After clarifying that the links were correct... they made an internal test and said everything was correct. So, no responsibility.
Fortunately (for them), Arkefly closed the contract with Affili.net in November, so Affili.net declined any future responsibility, suggesting me to contact them directly.
After clarifying the fact that I had no direct contact with ArkeFly but with Affili.net, they finally agreed to introduce me to their contact in ArkeFly. He proposed me a better commission structure on TD, as a compensation for the unregistered sales on Affili.net. I found it to be a honourable compensation, as I am looking forward to a long collaboration with ArkeFly.
I will try to avoid Affili.net in the future, as much as I can.
Dear Realwahl,
We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced some difficulty in your dealings with affilinet in the past. Naturally this is not the customer experience that we strive for and are disappointed to hear your feedback. I’m responsible for the publisher services team in the UK but am also in close contact with our international colleagues. I’d be more than happy to discuss the matter further with you directly and talk about the changes we’ve made that directly address your concerns. Please feel free to contact me on pberry@affili.net.
Thanks,
Peter Berry

Dear Peter Berry,
Thanks for your availability. I will contact you the next time I will need help from Affili.net. Currently I moved almost all affiliate programs from Affili.net, so I have low activity with you.
