I'm afraid after months its got me tearing my hair out.
Will someone take an axe to it please and re-design it ?

Or just make sure that when I look for all the sales of any type at all, that have been registered in October, I actually see them, not a random selection of them, or none.

    It really is unusable.

Just a simple list of all the transactions, whether registered, confirmed or lost in space would do for starters.

As it is I haven't a clue when transactions were registered, confirmed, declined etc. unless I physically write them all down from 15 minutes of clicking.

    Hello aotagain,

Sorry to hear you're having a few issues with the reporting interface, can I ask if you have spoken to any of our team about this? Our contact details are shown on the start page when you login to your affilinet account. In future, if you think that there are any technical problems with your account data we would appreciate it if you could alert us directly rather than posting it on the forum as we do not check it constantly, and this will limit our ability to deliver a quick resolution for you.

As a side note we are due to release a revamped version of our statistics in the not too distant future which should address some of the previous constructive criticism we have received. If you would like to be involved in the shaping of this new UI please let me know and I might be able to get you added to the beta testing group.

    Kind regards

    Hi Paul

I have spoken to you guys before - I'm afraid I got so fed up the other day that I had to post. Its useful to know if its just me being dense or if others have the same problems.

Basically, on the home page, top left 'Current month' shows a figure.
When I look in occasionally, its gone up, which is presumably new commissions ?

Clicking on it shows a daily confirmed sales list, but the total isn't the same as the home page figure and there are never any new commissions showing in the daily list in the last few days.
Switching to 'registered' doesn't show any new ones either.

So kind of left knowing that there's new commissions, but unable to find them.

The totals all seem to add up eventually, so I'm pretty sure nothing is going missing.
I don't look very often and it would be nice just to get a simple list of this month's sales, in whatever status they are.

I wouldn't use it enough at the moment to be any help to you in beta.

Only one request for that - could you make the manual csv files have commas in, instead of semi-colons please ?

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I personally understand your concerns regards the current activity summary, this is a part of the dashboard we are working to overhaul. I have noted these points and will role them into the feedback for the platform development plan.

Regards the point on csv file format just click the highlighted link in the quick links box on the login page:

Also accessible by navigating to: Account > Technical Settings > CSV Reports

If you or any other publishers have any other points you would like to raise or questions you would like to ask please pop me an email or give me a call.

    Thanks

    Thanks.
Sorry, I'm confusing the issue with the csv comment - I meant the manual url datafeed.

The page that loads when you follow the click path described will feature a side panel menu (Orange text), current page is CSV reports, just click "CSV product data", and you will get a guide showing you how to download remotely. Also select boxes where you can customise fields in the feed, as well as the Field seperator, Text qualifier, Decimal separator, Date format and the option to replace empty fields with "nil".

    I hope that helps
