    Not sure if anyone can explain this one... yet I'm sure there will be a perfectly good explanation, just that I can't see it...

    The Debenhams program on Affili.net states;
    "Join the Debenhams affiliate programme and earn 5% commission with an average..."

    However, if I dig down in the reports I notice that it shows 3%;
    "Default-Rate: 3% von 43.5 EUR"

    OK after playing around a bit I'm a little more confused. The site states 2 %ages (see image) an implies both are correct and both are default. I have re-tinkered the sums and come up with this, based on 1 of my transactions;

    SALE
    e43.5 Sale = £29.27

    COMMS WORKING IN £'S
    3% = 0.88
    5% = 1.46

    COMMS WORKING IN e'S
    3% = 1.30
    5% = 2.18

    In the commission field on the Details by sales/leads report (BY SALES/LEADS), it shows 1.30 but has no currency marker. In the commission field on the Statistics overview (BY DAY REPORT) it shows it as £1.30 suggesting a commission rate of 4.44%

    I'm baffled, then it doesn't take much nowadays. Just wondered which report is correct, which currency is correct and which %age is correct. Any takers?

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for bringing the program description to my attention - the commission rate did change recently but this wasnt updated in the program description. I have now updated this.

    In terms of your commission, your rate is 3% per sale. All of the figures in the reports are in £. In terms of the € in your reporting, this should read £ - I will ask our technical team to look into this. To reiterate, all of the figures shown are in sterling.

    I hope this answers your questions - any other problems just give me a shout.

    Cheers

    Just a quick update Chris - this has now been fixed and is showing in English / GBP.
