German language on Affilinet interface?

Despite having UK as my language when navigating and applying for programmes I keep running into lots of german text, this was my response when applying for the Eurotunnel programme for instance...

Ebenfalls unter ""Status"" können Sie den HTML-Code für alle Ihre Partnerprogramme ansehen. Das Link können Sie jederzeit in Ihre Website einbauen. Klicks werden erst nach der Freigabe vom Betreiber vergütet. Und wenn Sie sich für weitere Partnerprogramme bewerben möchten: Zurück zum Programm-Verzeichnis

Is this a known problem? - I am using OSX 10.2 on Firefox browser BTW.

My apologies for any confusion this error may have caused.

Our team is currently working on getting all of the last bits of German text translated into English. I have forwarded this over to them to look at asap.

The German response that you received basically says that your application is currently pending and will be looked at by the client very shortly.

Thanks for the response, another issue now...

As a new affiliate to your network I faxed my form across to you earlier today, the site still says it's missing the completed form, how long does it usually take to process?

I have clicked the contact button at the bottom of the control panel but I am greeted with this:

I have responded to your emails.

Yes, I did recieve your SBA form, however, you did not actually fill it in. I have asked that you contact me back with your details so that I can update your details.
