Thread: google analytics insane % increase

    My record increase is something like 1000000% increase.

    But I have no idea what it's measuring - it says % Change but I don't understand how it gets the figures.

    Totally agree here it's a bug somewhere. Try contacting them or going to the helpcenter an look for common bugs etc.

    I wouldn't say their system is buggy? if its showing an insane increase in % change then its a possibility that their is an insane change in your sites traffic. did you check your "number of hits" to confirm the change?

    it's measuring the last 30 days traffic against the previous 30 days traffic I do believe...

    Always see these huge increases for new sites, going from 0 to having some traffic is always a ig % increase

    The best way to sanity check this IMO is to look at the traffic source and, assuming it's from search, the keywords.

    Really strange... It never had happened to me yet. I think you should contact Google for this sort of bug.

    Me too never happense like this,, but after launching new version m facing some problems, taking more time to update report... in old version can see today's report after 1 AM.. but in new has to wait until 10 - 10.30 AM

    Never happened to me before. I would give it some time to stabilize or for the error to correct.
