I would suggest sticking to google analytics and webmaster tools.
Seo quake and google analytics are my two favorites for the free ones - they do an awesome job. Of course there is a paid version of sem rush (and partial free version) that I live using also.

If you really have a problem with the way I post, posting about my post doesn't make your case look any better.
Now the reason why you should go with analytics and webmaster tools is because:
1. They are free
2. Minimal data lag
3. Personally, I have seen the most consistent and accurate results (excluding webmaster tools keywords- they truly are horrible, but there are better tools for seo like seoattack.org)
love free tools like this thank you

Oh and it's free!

Woorank and searchengineginie and linkpoularity are some websites that help you to analyze your websites. And all those are free.
Google is Google. You must use Google Analytic. It's free and easy to use.
I know it's simple, but I love using info: and site: commands in google itself to analyze my competitors and my own site.
The open site explorer which can be found here: OpenSiteExplorer.org is pretty good.
