Please help a newbie to affiliate marketing...I have been online for a few months. I have just set up my own website where I try to sell one product from Clickbank. I have not used SEO for my website.


I have been trying to promote my website with article marketing (SEO), bookmarking, and by posting on forums, and I have also tried several other methods. However, none of the methods I have tried has really worked out as well as I thought they would.


So, please. If everyone who reads this post can suggest one extremely effective method (free, or very inexpensive) to drive traffic. Something that you have used, and thay truly works. Something you swear by 100%...

to promote affiliate site you should add some content, static pages with information and on third place you should give the affiliate link through which user will stay on your site and you can promote your site as normal site.

Have you tried mixing all those ways to increase traffic? You can take advantage of social and article marketing, for example! There is also the video marketing.

clickbank. hmm. I don't know what country you are in but in the uk the type of products on clickbank do not sell well, if at all.

You say you don't use seo on your site - why ever not?!

Are you getting any traffic at all?
