    Hi

Like many small affiliates juggling many roles for the site one thing I've neglected is creating a dashboard from my analytics, something I can maintain on an ongoing basis and run analysis off of - ideally looking for an excel worksheet

Ultimately what I'd like to get to is a combination of site stats (UVs, bounce, conv rate, ARPV) and network performance (EPC, pending commission, click to sale conversion)

Has anyone got any experience of something easy to manage/understand? I'm happy to pay for a template if you have one.

I'm then recruiting a contractor to go into 2.5 years worth of data to load in the spreadsheet via GA

    thanks, D

Have you consider exporting the data through a REST api? This way you can create dashboards in excel that remain up-to-date, which you can refresh daily or whenever you want to look at the data?

You can also use this to import historical data..

That sounds interesting - can you give me more details? Do you have an example I can use? Or point me in the direction to read up on this?

    thanks

Have a look at this: Management API - Using REST (v3) - Google Analytics - Google Code

I have examples of excel dashboards, but these work with Webtrends, not google analytics..
