    Hi All

I have run Google Analytics (GA) for a number of sites for almost a year.

Recently, I wanted to grant user access to a colleague to view the stats for one of the sites, so they set up a Googlemail account (you need one to be able to use GA).

However, when they log into GA, instead of being able to see the stats report for the site, GA prompts them to set up tracking. This is not what we want as tracking is already installed on the site and working well.

I have exhausted the 'help' pages and emailed Google but have yet to receive a reply.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what is the solution?

    Thanks
