I did an interview with Jeremy Crane - their Director of Search and Online media. It gives a good overview of what they offer:

Looks good in theory, but seems to be working off quite small samples so can throw up some odd results for anything but major sites.

The sector reports are also very US focussed so not a lot of use yet. Fingers crossed for a UK version, (or a pay-as-you-go Hitwise).

Try Google Trends for Websites: wikipedia.org.
You can choose by territory on the top right as well.

not using it to a great extent however i do use the free comparison reports to see how our site is stacking up against our competitors.

in analytics theres a nice report that compares your site to the industry norm based on subject matter

I usually use it to see the traffic on my sites but I think that Google Analytics is better

With these sorts of sites, all you need to do is throw them against your own URLs to get an idea of their accuracy. Very mixed results.

Google analytics is messy. you should try statcounter. It's the best analytics I ever used. Like google analytics, you just have to insert a java script code to every page you need to track. See my site Atlas Media - Home Business Opportunities and you'll know what I mean.
