Guys,

I am wondering if someone can help me with my problem. I just joined linkshare and on the tax info, it is asking me for a 9 digit TIN. As I am not US based, I don't have this 9 digit TIN. I tried using several types of form (w 8ec1, etc) but to no avail. It looks like that it is mandatory and I cannot get around it.

If someone have an answer to this, please do help me out. I would really appreciate it. I am from Singapore btw.
