Does anyone know reasons why major Affiliate Networks (such as Commission Junction, LinkShare, WebGains, TradeDoubler etc) do NOT have presence in Australia?

Hey Ninja,
I guess we're getting on just fine with the networks we have - there's not really space nor the expertise for an external network just to open up out here. If you're looking for CPL stuff then Commission Monster Pay For Performance, Online Advertising, Affiliate Marketing should fit the bill.
