Hi Bapages,

Decisions are made by the entire council, so anyone who attends can be part of this process.

There are 4 sub-committees running this year where projects are carried out and issues debated and these are open for anyone to attend also. The idea is that a consensus is agreed in these committees which is then put forward to the full council to agree any decisions.

I'll be issuing a document shortly that outlines the mission statement of the council, objectives, details of the sub-committees structure etc. which I hope will break down this wall of communication that is clearly apparent.

The minutes of every meeting will be publically available on IAB AMC so anyone is free to raise any questions or concerns about what is discussed and agreed in these meetings.
