Response timescale?

Can someone confirm the timescale that the council will respond to voucher code breaches that are reported to them?

Only I have reported a couple of things now based on the advice given in previous threads and still have not heard back on what the council have decided about any of them... One I was told I would get feedback on within a week or two, but now I'm a day or two shy from a month passing and still nothing.

Just wondering if this kind of delay is usual?

Hi Kim,

You have my direct email address and the vouchercode@iabuk.net address so would advise that you use this channel for any questions such as this to get a quicker response as I unfortunately can not monitor the forum daily, hence picking up on this 6 days later.

With regard to your query, I am working through the process at the moment and any questions / issues that are raised to this group should get a response within 48 hours (working week).

I am currently in the process of pulling together a document that clearly outlines the role and process of the voucher group as it is clear that this needs to be redefined and communicated.

With regard to your specific query I did respond to this, I shall send you another email to clarify.
