    You say 180solutions delivers TARGETED and RELEVANT adverts or messages for the end user?

    I am in the UK using a UK ISP with a UK IP address.

    With Zango installed, I click on some UK credit card Pages - I am delivered an US credit card page, only applicable to US residents !!

    Is that RELEVANT AND TARGETED ?
