Can anyone just set me straight on something?

Just got an email inviting reciprical links from a website that asks for a component to be installed as soon as you've entered the URL.

I wouldn't link to a site requiring this anyway, but...

when you click on the terms and coditions it mentions our friends at 180search solutions and their 'assistant'. The component is called lyrics.zip and the licence is from 'blaze find'.

Before I react to it, can someone confirm I'm not missing something and this is what I think it is. Also do you generally respond in case they don't know what they're promoting or the implications??
