would suggest you contact a solicitor yourself and see what they think , but i would think you would be ok
Hi we have just recieved a letter from Redsaves solicitors stating there intent to take me to court over some reviews which users of my site have posted about there company. We have over 250 complaints on our site about Redsave.
1. Has any body else been sued by these guys.
2. Should I take the bad reviews off.
3 What would you do.
(I think redsave might be a bit upset because I am second for the word redsave in google)
Thanks

If that's the case, I would like to see them sue Ebay for their forum!
eBay Forums: redsave ...
I wouldn't worry about it! It seems they have ALOT more to worry about.
Jayms
I suspect they're trying to censor a few people. This page only exists in Google's cache, the original has suddenly disappeared : RedSave
Maybe they should focus on their customer service rather than on suing people
wasn't there a member of this forum that used to send other affiliates legal letters when they said something he didn't like?
Perhaps have a word with him and see what his thoughts are?
Do you have products for review on my chocolate reviews or Easter eggs blog?s PM me.
I`m not suprised they are trying to censor people with the amount of bad press they get!
Whilst I know that any large company is going to get unhappy customers, Redsave have more than their fair share.
There's huge amounts of bad comments about them round the net, and whilst they may be able to censor a few, they can't censor everyone!
I`m very suprised that they would want to stir things up like this, and bullying tactics are not going to improve their reputation.
I really hate it when companies do this, instead of cleaning up their act so they don't get complaints, they try and bully people into not posting them instead.
Having a look around the net, it seems like a lot of comments have gone. Looks like their lawyers have been working overtime!
