Commission structure is based on two levels:

Those that promote the customer discount will get a slightly lower commission but this will be made back by driving more volume:

• 2% of the booking value per successful booking when a discount code has been used
• 4% of the booking value per successful booking with no discount applied

Online Bookings without discount – When a booking is made by a customer referred from your affiliate link/s a commission rate of 4% of the total job value is applied. The commission will remain pending until the booking is confirmed as completed (was not cancelled).

Online Bookings with discount – When a booking is made by a customer referred from your affiliate link/s a commission rate of 2% of the total job value is applied should the link have the customer discount. Again, the commission will remain pending until the booking is confirmed as completed (was not cancelled).

For a completed enquiry, you will see it reported within your Affiliate window account as a count of “1” (value of £1), and a commission value of £0.00. Once NSN have converted the enquiry to a confirmed booking a manual commission will be applied to your account. This will either be 2% or 4% of the total value of the break.

Average Order Value
Average booking value currently = £160 (e.g. 2% = £3.20, 4% = £6.40)
