Wonder if I'll get a better response here? I've been promoting this voucher for the last week and I KNOW of at least two orders that have been made but haven't tracked. There are NO sales listed for Laptops Direct at all in my stats.

I've raised a ticket with Affiliate Window, but it's gone a bit quiet on that front after a load of hassle just getting the issue reported to Laptops Direct (I supplied order numbers of the orders I know were placed and was asked for all sorts of additional information including the time/date of the order, commission expected etc).

Can someone chase this up with Laptops Direct and tell me where the tracking is getting lost? I know that the users who ordered were recorded at Affiliate Window from their clickrefs, but the subsequent sales made weren't tracked at all. If all of the orders I know about haven't tracked, then there are certain to be additional orders that I don't know about that haven't too.

Apologies on behalf of the Support Team - could you email me your ticket number and I'll take a look into the issue?

Could you also email through you website URL of the link that was used in the test transaction?

I've checked the Laptop Direct program and we seem to be tracking all fine - so it might have been an error with the link or cookies being blocked.
