If you had 1 sale in august, I would say that you still have a great chance of doing extremely well in November & December and therefore the odds are still pretty good.

Ray Ray Ray... many of us had sales throughout the year my friend, it just means you have to push a little harder... I think thats the idea behind incentives mate
However, I am a little concerned that when you click via an affiliate link, you land on a page that has a PHONE NUMBER and also a suggestion that you can buy these gifts from Tesco, Debenhams, John Lewis, Boots, Argos and Airmiles. This isn't leakage... its a flood and it certainly isn't going to help me improve sales :scared
Is there any chance these could be removed, if the click originates from an affiliate?

Could you please let me know if this is better? I am looking for volunteers to test the beta version by the way.
In response to your points, we have to make the phone number accessible to people so that they can book the date for their activity once they've bought it through you or anywhere else.
The reference to retailers helps the consumer recognize the fact that if they buy from an affiliate website like Shopcodes, they actually get the same experience as in retail (ie. same quality, reputation, service...).

With regards to the phone number I am glad to hear that the new beta version is an improvement on the current one. I take on board Phil's comment about the number being included on the voucher however if the customer has lost their voucher or needs to call it is important to have the number fairly visible.
It is worth noting that other famous gift experience companies also display the number on their homepage probably for the same reasons I explained above.
With regards to the retailer logo potentially sending customers to them we think that it is debatable but we will consider removing them to test the difference.
In any event if the above is still a concern you do have the option of sending the traffic to our Christmas bestseller page which shows no number or retail logo :Gift Experiences from Activity Superstore
Alternatively the product feed is a more flexible solution which you may want to consider.
The beta version is our first step towards finding optimum qualities of the site to suit all our channels and your feedback is appreciated. In the run up to Christmas we cannot change too many things now but in the new year we should be able to do more testing.

Yip the phone number is a problem ... and always will be...
If you are using affiliates then one of the compromises you must make is to either make a phone number trackable or remove it..
There is little incentive in driving traffic to a site which simply offers an off-track phone number.. regardless of it's size..
Hi Sandy, my comment would be if a customer has lost their voucher they would probably expect to go to the contact us section. Alternatively just put it into the footer.
