Christmas is busy time for everyone so here at Affiliate Window we’ve put our heads together to find ways to make it easier for you to promote your favourite online entertainment retailer this year. And to be honest, it wasn’t a hard task!
With so many amazing products, great promotional tools and chances to win, it’s easy for everyone to get involved this Christmas at Play.com.
<strong>So How Do I Take Part?</strong>
There are several ways to get involved this Christmas with the biggest prizes revolving around your combined peak season activity. All of our affiliates will be tasked with improving their sales numbers, sales values and promotional activity across the weeks before Christmas with three separate Play.com draws. The explanations as to how you can take part and all of the necessary small print are listed below.
Largest Increase in Sales Value
• Your total sales value across the 7 weeks from 28/10/2008 until 16/12/08 will be compared to your total sales value from the period (7 weeks prior to promotion)
• The difference in performance will be calculated as a percentage
• The winner will be the affiliate with the highest percentage increase
• The winner will be announced on Friday 19th December

Most Creative Promotion of Play.com
• To get an enter this competition all you need to do is find a new or exciting way to promote Play.com
• All promotion types qualify; banners, text links, PPC ads (as long as they conform to the Play.com PPC Policy), product listings, video trailers, Content Widgets etc.
• If you’d like to take part simply drop us an e-mail at sam.leigh@affiliatewindow.com with links to the pages you have featured Play.com
• A team of Judges including the Play.com Online Marketing Manager and the AW Account Manager will choose the most creative entry
• The winner will be announced on Friday 19th December
