Terms and Conditions

Because the Official Bench Online Shop runs a successful in-house PPC advertising campaign, we have prepared the following guidelines to ensure there is no conflict between ourselves and our affiliates.
In order to qualify for a Bench affiliate, you must accept these conditions.

DO
•Bid on generic keywords - for example, women's clothing catalogue, men's formal shirts.
•Bid on Bench products, - for example, Bench Women’s Trickle Tee; Bench Overton Men’s Jeans.
•Use the Bench name in the title or in the body of any PPC adverts. For example, 10% off at Bench - click here for your free Bench voucher. However, displaying www. Shop.Bench.co.uk as the URL is unacceptable.

DON´T
•Link directly to the http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...op.bench.co.uk website, or use an URL redirect to take the customer directly to the Bench website from a PPC advert.
•Bid on Bench Categories - for example, Bench women's clothing; Bench Men's Jeans
•Bid on the keyword Bench or any misspelling of Bench e.g. Bechn, Beanch, Benches,Bench Clothing etc

•Bid on any keyword phrase containing the keyword Bench or any misspelling of Bench e.g. http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...ww.bench.co.uk, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a.../www.bench.com, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a....benchshop.com, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...chclothing.com, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...h-online.co.uk, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...hingonline.com, etc

•Buy, own or bid on any domain names with the word Bench or misspellings of Bench in the URL. For example, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...www.beench.com, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...w.beanch.co.uk, etc

•Display Bench garments on Froogle™ (Google Base) as we have our own Froogle™ (Google Base) feeds already in place.

•Conduct any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting which directs a person to a false website when they enter a misspelling of the intended website. For example, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...www.beench.com, http://www.affiliates4u.com/forums/a...w.beanch.co.uk

Bench and Affiliate Window takes the above guidelines very seriously and reserves the right to deny commission for the month that an affiliate has been keyword bidding or typosquatting. Bench will also consider banning affiliates who ignore these guidelines.
