Baker Ross does not permit the brand terms ‘bakerross’, ‘baker ross, ‘Bakerross’, Baker Ross’, ‘BAKERROSS’, ‘BAKER ROSS, any URL owned by Baker Ross (see below) or any URL containing the words `Baker’ and `Ross’ to be used in PPC search in the form of broad, exact or phrase matches.
We do not permit PPC bidding on any brand term misspellings, abbreviations or confusingly similar terms. Breach of these conditions is expressly forbidden and will result in the termination of an Affiliate’s agreement with Baker Ross.
