<b>Affiliate Commission Tiers</b>
0-50 subscriptions per month = £12 per subscription
51-100 subscriptions per month = £13.50 per subscription
101+ subscriptions per month = £15

The commission structure is retrospective so, for example, if you were to drive 80 subscriptions in one month you would receive £13.50 per subscription.

Please note that to get Setanta through Virgin, Top Up TV, Tiscali and BT Vision it must be purchased directly from these providers.

<b>Setanta Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions</b>

Voucher Codes
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting voucher codes / special / exclusive offers unless provided to them by Affiliate Window.

Any voucher codes published however must adhere to IAB guidelines.

<i>Affiliate Website</i>
Affiliates are required to ensure that fixture / event / pricing information is removed within 24 hours after the event has taken place or notification of any change being given by Affiliate Window.

Throughout their term affiliates must not promote illegal activities or misrepresent or embellish the relationship between themselves and Setanta or suggest that the company endorses any products or services other than its own.

<i>Deeplinking</i>
Affiliates are encouraged to deeplink but are required to use deeplinks already provided in their affiliate account rather than creating their own.

If you require a deeplink that is not available please contact your account manager.

<i>Generic Paid Search</i>
Affiliates are not permitted to link directly to the Setanta site or to use Setanta in their URL unless otherwise given permission to do so.

<i>Email</i>
You may, with written consent from Affiliate Window, send direct marketing emails promoting Setanta to an opt-in subscription email list that is comprised of demographically relevant target consumers.

Affiliates are also required to ensure that any emails sent promoting Setanta contain an unsubscribe link and include (or include a link to) your privacy policy.

<i>Brand Bidding</i>
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand related terms in any search engine, including miss-spellings. To ensure that this is maintained without risk of violation, affiliates are asked to set ‘Setanta’ as a negative term in broad match.

Affiliates found to be in breach of the terms and conditions must remove the offending ads within 24 hours of notification. Sales generated by the affiliate from the date of the violation detection to the removal of the offending ad will be deleted.

Affiliates will receive a warning for any infringement of the brand bidding terms and conditions. These include:

• Appearing under brand terms or miss-spellings
• Appearing under brand + generic terms
• Showing incorrect information in their ad copy body or title
• Linking directly to Setanta.com
• Use of the brand in ad text or display URL

If an affiliate receives 3 warnings over any period of time they will be suspended from the programme and risk non-payment of commissions earned.

Affiliate Window and Setanta’s agency BLM Quantum have access to a brand term monitoring tool which is utilised daily and can report on any violations made on a regular basis. Further checks are made hourly and any contravention of these guidelines will be acted on.

Affiliate Window and BLM Quantum reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement or exclude any affiliate from the affiliate program should the terms and conditions be breached. Affiliates will be notified immediately of any change in the brand bidding policy.
