As from the 27th June 2009, Littlewoods is changing. We’re going ‘back to our roots’ by focusing on the needs of our core customers - security, control over their finances and great ideas for all the family. In the current economic climate, interest free credit is disappearing from our high street but at Littlewoods it’s here to stay! Here are even more reasons to love the new Littlewoods:

Why should the good things in life be for the few?

At Littlewoods, we believe that everyone should be able to choose from a great selection of products at manageable weekly prices. Extensive research has shown that our customers wanted a clear and quick method of working out how much items would cost each week using our interest free credit offer. We’re calling this payment method ‘All in’ - everything is interest free for 20 weeks, while items over £60 are interest free for an incredible 52 weeks. The Littlewoods customer loves “All in” because of what it means to them... the best for their family via a way to pay which puts the customer firmly in control.

No worries

Customers can shop with confidence because all returns are completely free, every time. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50 (or just £3.95 on orders below that) and our new Saturday deliveries work around our customers, resulting in a great delivery promise. Plus, our Never-out-of-stock pledge* on nearly 100 key items guarantees we always have what our customers need. These ‘NOOS’ lines have been especially chosen as the products which our customers can’t do without; ranging from ladies t-shirts and kids briefs to living room furniture.

Look and feel

Shopping with Littlewoods is also about the hottest products from trusted big name brands alongside our fabulous own-range offerings, so we’re changing the way we present them to our customers. The weekly price point is the hero and will be used to really drive home the affordability aspect of our 50,000+ products.

err - you forgot one tiny detail - the Affiliates.

the Buyat site is still showing Littlewoods Direct - no mention of Very and no indication as to what steps Affiliates need to take to avoid as much downtime as possible.

The Littlewoods Direct/Very issues you mention are being looked into at Shop Direct Group.

The Littlewoods programme continues as normal and is unaffected by the technical issues of Very.
