Important! Powergen Tesco clubcard promotion is ending Friday.

Hi Chaps,

Can all Powergen affiliates please remove any reference to the Tesco Clubcard promotion where 500 points were given for each energy switch.

Powergen will remove this incentive by next Friday (11/2/05) and there will therefore by legal implications for anyone still advertising it after that date.

None of us wants the advertising standards people on our backs so please make sure that you remove any PPC adverts you have relating to this Tesco points promotion and anyone that has text about the points on your sites, please change it.

Those of you that are using banner creative from Buy.at do not need to do anything, as this will be changed for them.

Note: This notice does not apply to the one clubcard point per £1 spent deal.

Hi Wardy,
The Offer of one Clubcard point per £1 spent still stands, and looking at my post I feel that I could have made it a little more clearer that it is just the 500 points per switch that has stopped.


Wardy can you do me a favour and give me the URL from where you copied and pasted the text below from as I cannot not find it on the site,
