Hi Lynne,

Liz who looks after the Additions programme is out of the office today, so I will ask her to confirm how the payment will be made when she returns tomorrow. It will most likely simply be inserted into your buy.at account.

Isn't it normally 'good practice' to check with the winner first before publishing their name and website on a public forum.

Luckily it seems that Lynne doesn't mind but I'm sure many wouldn't be too happy about it.

Just curious but has the prize been paid out already or did it take till GoodDeals4U spotted this 3 months later?

This is not really aimed at the merchant or the network but I seem to have heard more than once about prizes not being awarded or being awarded but never sent out

Hi, I haven't received it yet. I didn't know about it until google stumbled upon this thread while I was doing a search but I'm not sure whether I may have missed an email back in November, or not. Maybe you have to put in a claim? I don't know.

I'm just grateful that I found it as I can put the money to good use

You should have recieved an email at the time of the draw, however again I will have to clarify what communications were sent with Liz.

Hi Roz, Checked my account and it's all ok and upto date.

Just for the record, while I was in my account, I looked at all the emails which have been sent and sure enough I was sent an email, identical to the original post above, in November. I managed to miss it somehow, but it was sent out. Possibly got caught up in my spam filter, even though I do check the filtered ones.

Anyway, all's well that ends well (I hope!
