All magazines will operate on a Session Cookie period.

Thanks for your patience on this.

I have talked to the client about it and we have fixed the issue to a certain degree:

Out of session cookies are now supported across National Magazines title websites, but not within the Quality Magazines website. This is due to incompatible technology within the sales engine. Sales will be tracked out of session within Magazine sites (e.g. http://www.menshealth.co.uk/index.php/v2/9889). This campaign is to promote magazine sales through the magazine sites, not to promote sales through the Quality Magazines site.

At the moment however, the Cosmopolitan magazine site does not support out of session cookies. It does track fine with a session cookie. We are in the process of bringing the Cosmopolitan site in line with Men's Health and Esquire.
