buy.at Management Area V3 Updates
We are pleased to announce that a number of changes to version 3 of the buy.at management area have been implemented today. These amendments have both been requested by the affiliate community and developed internally. The changes are as a result of our policy for continual development of our technology solutions to adapt to meet affiliates’ needs. We value all of the positive feedback that we have received since the launch of the new management area and have worked on a number of new developments, which include many of the points that were raised through your feedback.
1. The ‘Payments’ report has now been split into three separate sections to provide greater transparency for commissions due and enable you to track approvals due.
• Payment History – The first payment report provides a history of all the payments that have been made for the account. These are sorted by date. With all three reports, clicking on the date displays a breakdown of each payment total by sale
• Payments Waiting – This report displays a daily breakdown of all the sales that have been approved by a merchant and will be paid to you in the next monthly payment
• Payments Not Approved – This report displays a daily breakdown of all the sales for your account which are currently ‘pending’ and awaiting approval by the merchant.
2. Affiliates can now choose to see sales/earnings since last login, a function requested by quite a number of affiliates. By default this is turned off. To turn this function on select ‘Settings’ from the left hand side menu, revalidate your log on details and scroll down to ‘Preferences’. Here you can change the settings with the new option named ‘Show Since Last Login Info’.
3. You can now change the settings for the overview page to any of the standard time periods. As default this is set to ‘This Month’. To change the period that displays upon log on, select the ‘Settings’ Menu, scroll down to ‘Preferences’ and change the ‘Default Overview Period’.
You may also notice a number of further small operating changes.
These changes are the first of a number of developments planned to make the buy.at management area as useful and as easy to use as possible. Once again, all feedback is welcome along with any further ideas or suggestions.
Many thanks,
