This sounds like a good program.

Could you clarify this line in the terms and conditions for me please? I'm assuming you're referring to organic listings and only on brand terms?

Hi Paul, yes we think this could be a great programme.

We are actually referring to PPC listings on generic terms - this will be monitored and politely enforced by ourselves.

It is basically a safe guard for the client who was not willing to adversely affect the landscape with affiliate PPC activity at all. We don't foresee this becoming an issue as the client is bidding top with a mature history on the majority of a targeted generic terms. However, there are a numerous terms where the client is not listing allowing affiliates some room to move on.

All we ask is that affiliates consider the clients wishes on this, and if need be we have given ourselves the means to politely request you remove your links where and if necessary.
