Looks like a good programme though I'm not so keen on this bit:

Why should this be? - I have no issue with the 14 day cancellation bit but surely if someone requested a quote previously and did not take it up - and I've now persuaded them to come back and get another quote and now go on and take out a policy , then I should get a commission for that

Hi Keith,

The way the programme is set-up is intended to award commission to the original referring affiliate, on the condition that the quote is completed and results in a policy within the 90 day cookie period.

The technology used to attribute commission to the original referrering affiliate is also being implemented in regards to the offline tracking as a significant amount of the sales will be completed on the phone.
