T-Mobile Direct's new URL structure is now live!

Please see previous email below explaining how URL's should be structured - any problems, please give me a shout!

On Tuesday 12th June between 2am-6am, T-Mobile Direct will be making significant improvements to the way their URLs are structured. The new structure will improve customer experience, improve deep linking capabilities and will future proof URLs for future development to the site.

All URLs we be parameter free and in context to the information on the pages. please see examples below.

Current:

Nokia N95 Overview Page -

http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/eshop/pers...¤tPageNumber=0

New URL will be in this format:

• http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/mobil.../n95/overview/
• http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/mobil...okia/n95/spec/

During the changeover

You can use the below URL, which will work while the change over happens.

http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/eshop/pers...=ON_QM_A_BuyAT

This URL will redirect to the new structure, so it would be advised to change over your links to the above URL for the change over and then start changing over links once the new structure has launched.

All handsets will follow the exact same format construction, so before handsets launch you will be able to construct the URLs.

PLEASE NOTE: Old links will be turned off at the same time new links go live so affiliates are encouraged to create their links in advance of this change. Please feel free to send over your URL’s for us to check.

Please remember that ALL URL’s must include the following tag - ?WT.mc_id=ON_QM_A_BuyAT to ensure that sales can be reconciled
