buy.at extends its offering to clients and affiliates

We are pleased to announce that buy.at has acquired online lead generation provider Lightstate in order to access its market leading technology and experienced management team and expand buy.at’s offering to both its clients and affiliates.

Founded by internet entrepreneur Shakil Khan, Lightstate – which will be renamed buy.at leads - collects consumer’s online application forms containing personal information with contact details. These are pre-qualified by Lightstate and delivered to the advertiser - typically a specialist broker - who can contact the consumer and advise them on the products available to suit their specific needs. Lightstate complements our affiliate business in delivering quality leads to advertisers. The business has gained momentum in the financial services sector – especially secured loans, life and medical cover.

For affiliates the benefit is the enhanced technology that buy.at will now be able to offer to ensure that affiliates’ campaigns convert more effectively and can be quickly honed to focus on high quality traffic. This ensures affiliates have relationships with advertisers that are long term ones resulting from a mutually beneficial relationship being developed.

Yes, congratulations to Shak, JP and buy.at - Sounds like a smart move for all concerned, and puts buy.at in a strong position.

Great to see the knowledge and experience of Shak as he remains MD of the new division.

Blogged about this earlier, its on the front page of affiliates4u.com

Congrats to Shak and JP - It's amazing what you guys have achieved. Great strategic purchase from Buy.at. Lead gen has huge growth potential in the UK and when you look at what's happening in the US market it seems like a very natural step.

Knowing both parties well, I think they'll work extremely well together under the same roof. Buy.at has a history of bringing great, experienced people into the business and they've done it again with this deal. Shak is a true entrepreneur in every sense. Luckily he works closely with JP who is smart enough to make all the great ideas happen :-)
