Re: Capital One problems?
Further to Zaq's post I can confirm the following in relation to the Capital One programme on buy.at.
The default destination for the Capital One credit card programme will revert back to the Classic card application page at the request of the merchant. The reason for this decision is that a number of new credit card products are being added to the exisiting multi-product landing page. In order to assist ease-of-use for customers, and to ensure that customers are forwarded to the relevant card when they click through a link, the default landing page is being changed back to the classic card.
Also because the classic card was located at the foot of the multi-product landing page, conversions for this card were affected. The amendment to the landing page is to ensure optimum conversion for the classic card.
Please be aware that if you would like to promote the Plainum cashback card on the network, you will be required to deeplink to the multi-product landing page. This can be achieved by amending the following link to include your affiliate ID;
newcreditcard.at/YourAffiliateHandle?DURL=http://www.capitalone.co.uk/web/MenuUrl?pageId=10200
Please also be advised that affiliates will still be paid a standard £10 per submitted application commission rate on all the other Capital one cards present on this page.
The change of landing page will be carried out today, 7th September and all affiliates have been notified of this change via email. If you require any assitance, or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
