Please note, that as of 1st October 2007, Loans.co.uk’s APR rates will be changing.

The Typical APR will change from 13.6% APR to 13.4% APR and the rates will change to:

8.3% to 19.9%

to:

8.1% to 19.9%

Therefore, as of 1st October, please ensure your advertised rates are: Typical 13.4% APR with rates from 8.1% to 19.9%. - creative will be updated automatically.

Please be advised that no affiliates supplying leads to Loans.co.uk are allowed to copy or use any content of the Loans.co.uk website or Loans.co.uk collateral without seeking prior approval from Loans.co.uk via their respective affiliate manager.

Loans.co.uk does not accept any responsibility or liability arising from affiliates who use any content from the Loans.co.uk website or collateral. We will take action against any affiliate found to be passing themselves off as Loans.co.uk without prior consent by removing them from the Loans.co.uk campaign with immediate effect and where applicable, we will take further legal proceedings.

Further to this, compliance with CCA regulations is the responsibility of affiliates and not Loans.co.uk so it is vital everything is up to date.
