- With utilities, price seems to be the key driver for business. How do you plan for price rises and the subsequent reduction of business?
-The mobile and broadband sectors are becoming increasingly intertwined and competitive, particularly in the wake of the recent launches of mobile broadband programmes by the major networks. As a traditional broadband merchant, how have you reacted to this change and increased competition, in regards to your marketing strategy as a whole, and particularly in relation to the affiliate channel?
- As a mobile provider, how are you utilising affiliates differently to maximise your opportunities within the expanding boundaries of the sector?
- With the existence of comparison sites such as uSwitch, customer lifetime value is an increasing challenge to merchants in the channel. How does your business deal with this challenge?
- Streaming media is here to stay but by the looks of things the infrastructure isn’t there to support IPTV (internet protocol television). With services such as BBC iPlayer proving so popular we are being led to believe the whole thing is going to grind to a halt. Is there cause for concern?
- Is the growth in rural Broadband going to create problems in fulfilment for land based providers?
- How are you looking to embrace technology and additional distribution channels such as social media to attract new customers?
- Over-charging and poor customer service levels seem to be recent consistent issues in the press. How are you managing to control and deal with these issues through your marketing channels?
- Do you see the affiliate channel as a profitable acquisition channel for your business? What is preventing you from investing more in the channel?
