Is Buy.at going downhill like TD did after it was brought?

Hi,

I think we all know that TD's level of affiliate service is poor. Whereas Buy.at has always been really good. But recently since the sale to AOL they seem to have lost that eagerness to help affiliates. I think over the last month or so I've sent about 6 emails to Buy.at on different issues and not a single one has been responded to.

I know they received them becuase I got the standard autoresponse "We'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible."

Buy.at you need to pick up your game and answer your bloody emails!

Hi Top Banana,
Its a shame that you feel that way but I assure you that buy.at is still 100% committed to helping our affiliates.

If you are not getting a response from emails you can always call on either 0191 241 6500 or 0207 299 8380 and asked to be put through to one of our account management team who will happily help you.

Hopefully this will not happen again to you and if you would like to send me over your query ill make sure it is dealt with.

Finally, I apologise for the experience you have had and hopefully it will be a one off!

If you need anything else just let me know.

Thanks
Sammy

Technically that's a six-off rather than a one-off. Not tried email, but they seem to respond to MSN quite well and here too which is nice compared to some of the networks.

Btw, when were they bought by AOL and does this mean I'm making money for AOL!? The company I hate more than almost any other in the universe....arrghh.

As for TD - they're on par with CJ and similar. Just way too big.
