  Whatever next!!!!!!!

I get emails from merchants and networks asking me to try and increase sales, but now..

I have noticed that you have been making sales on the Shop Direct programme and I am not sure as to how you have been driving traffic. As a result I am a little concerned about your sales.

I have tried contacting you by phone but unusually I have been unable to get through to you. I need you to email me back as a matter of urgency regarding this.

If you do not email me by 1 o’clock tomorrow, the 27th August, I will have no option but to suspend your account. If your account is suspended it is again up to you to get in contact with me to explain how you are achieving sales. If you fail to do this we may unfortunately have no other option but to take the matter further.

My Average Conversion Rate is 5%

I really am confused, you make no sales they moan, you make sales they moan.

I get this all the time, particularly from M&S - there's no pleasing some people!

I think their main concern is you're using some adware, cookie stuffing or some other dodgy method to generate the sales.

Hi askeli

I am the Network Quality Executive at buy.at and its my responsibility to protect the interests of both our Merchants and Affiliates. Without knowing the full details I imagine that you have been contacted for one of the following reasons,

1. The referrer data is missing from the traffic you have sent to the program.
2. Traffic is arriving from a URL not registered in the Management Area.
3. The volume of traffic you are sending does not match the levels we would expect from your website.

I will have a proper look at your account in the morning but in the meantime could you please reply fully to the account manager who sent you the original email. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with me via my contact details below

Kind Regards
Jon Brown

  Re: Whatever next!!!!!!!

Any deadlines with a timescale less than a week by email are easily missed.
I get thousands of emails every day and often take a day off so it's unrealistic to expect instant responses even from full time affiliates.

It's simple, BuyAt assumes that we're all crooks until we prove otherwise. This network seems to have no idea of how to deal with people at all.

Hi askeli

Could you please contact me via pm or email to tell me what email account is attached to your buyat account. This will allow me to sort out this issue for you.

Kind Regards
Jon

  Re: Whatever next!!!!!!!

Hi Askeli,

I have just spoken to the Account Manager of the Shop Direct Programme and it seems this email was sent to you in error.

The intended recipient as Jon Brown alluded to earlier in this thread was contacted because of the below reasons

1. The referrer data is missing from the traffic you have sent to the program.
2. Traffic is arriving from a URL not registered in the Management Area.

We had made previous attempts to contacted the intended recipient previously hence why the email you mistakenly received had the increased level of urgency and such a short deadline.

Please accept our apologies for you receiving this email.

Thanks
