Anyone from Jackpot City here? Or any direct contacts?

Hi Guys,

Title pretty much says it all, but are there any representatives from Jackpot City here on the forum? Or does anyone have any direct contacts for JPC they might be able to pass my way?

We have had some tracking issues with them and aren't getting much help from the Affiliate Network involved so are therefore looking to speak to someone directly!

Any help or details would be very much appreciated

Hi Matt,

Thanks for picking up on this.

While it's true that the JackpotCity program is on the Virtue Affiliates network, I believe I'm right in thinking that Xpango are promoting them through Referback.

Virtue Affiliates have contacted Referback about this post and as far as we are aware, they are picking it up and dealing with it.

Should that not be the case, please contact affiliates@virtueaffiliates.com and my colleague will get in touch with them again.

Just a quick thanks for the follow ups. We were actually promoting JPC via Valueclick but have had some problems and have now been contacted by an agency who work directly with JPC so will hopefully get the issues resolved.

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately still having real problems with this! An agency (Red Interactive) of whom I believed were directly involved with Jackpot City approached me after I made this original post and said they would help to get this sorted out, but 2 months later it's still not sorted and the agency seem to have disappeared! Was dealing with Nathaniel Leather but he isn't returning my calls/emails and nobody at the office seems to want to answer the phone!

We weren't actually originally working with Referback on this, but via Valueclick who were massively unhelpful.

Is Referback the company solely in charge of the Jackpot City Affiliate Program? I have tried calling Referback this afternoon but they aren't answering their phones either!

If anyone has any contacts or anyone from Jackpot City is reading this, can you please get in touch as this is becoming a bit of a nightmare!

Red Interactive is still running, their office is in Hammersmith, and I'm pretty sure Nathaniel is still there too, but if you'd like a contact for Referback, contact Gilbert Puente - gilbert@referback.com. He's very reliable normally and a nice guy too.

I know all this cos I worked there a while back, so I hope this info helps you out.
